I told them no where in their policy does it say that. Then after a long back and forth and them phoning around, they said but the battery makes it an express 7 day warranty. I told them as per their own terms written in the shop, that would be the battery itself and not the entire device. I eventually walked out. The worst cash converters I've ever seen.
