Cash Converters Midrand - Terrible Service

I bought a tablet online as a gift for the weekend after calling to check the specs, they confirmed it was a 7inch, the next after purchase I got a call to let me know that the speaker wasn't working, I asked again on the specs & the lady confirmed. I paid for delivery, when I got home I instantly called them to let them know it wasn't 7inch but bigger. This is 4 days later of me calling, following up, shouting & throwing tantrums only yesterday when I called to speak to the store manager be told just before 4pm, sorry we don't have a 7inch, we know it was a gift all the best & well process your refund next week

From sales to the store manager they were not moved by my problem, I had to continously call so I could be helped. We buy online out of convenience but this was the worst experience ever. I sit now, no gift n having to wait for a deposit which I'm sure I will have to follow up on
