CASH CONVERTERS MIDRAND ROBS CUSTOMER

We walked into cash converters Midrand JHB. Saw a outdoor wicker furniture we liked. We made inquiries and was told it was going for R2000.00. We then said we want it. They said thay could not sell it yet as it was not on the system. Went back days later and it was still not on the system. Asked how we could secure it. they said they will put our names in the book. Our names was the first to be put in the book against this item. We asked if we could pay for it also to secure the item. They said yes and we paid them R2000.00 for the item. They then advised that we come back the Friday to pay the delivery fees in order to deliver. I went back on Friday afternoon to pay for the delivery and they advised me that they sold the item to another customer. I believe that is totally unacceptable. I believe that Cash Converters Midrand has to rectify the error or source us another unit
