Worst. Online. Experience. Ever. I bought a game from Cash Converters Midrand Mall's online store, and it arrived with a crucial disc missing which arrived on Tuesday 10 June 2025. What followed was an incredibly frustrating WhatsApp exchange just to initiate a return that took days to resolve.

On the 12th of June a courier was booked by Collin Morris and on the 13th of June, The game was confirmed as returned via the courier guy website in the evening when I checked however no feedback from the company or Collin Morris on the games arrival. The courier guy website confirmed the game arrived at their facility at 11:17 AM.

Despite providing my banking details for a refund, my money is still nowhere to be seen. It's clear this company has terrible communication and zero commitment to resolving customer issues once a problem arises. They simply ignore you. If you value decent customer service or expect issues to be resolved, steer clear of this business.
