Cash Converters Midrand China Mall complaint
I am a regular shopper at Cash Converters Midrand, China Mall.
The service i recieved on my past 2 visits is appauling. On my first visit my colleague was not allowed into the store due to him wearing a cap.
On my second visit, I was not allowed into the store due to me not being comfortable with leaving my laptop at the `make shift` parcel counter.
I complained to Customer care and my complaint was closed without any contact or escalation.
Truely shocking.
