Cash Converters Meadowdale disappoints!

I called Cash Converters to report a phone that is not charging since two weeks after I purchased it but unfortunately I went on leave. I reported it now and said I would courier it to the,. They quickly noted: 1. I will be liable for courier to them (I agreed) 2. I will be liable to collect it again. 3. I will be liable for cost if its consumer fault. How can cause a phone not to charge...

This is ridiculous service and customer care. I am fearful to courier it now because I know they will be able to **** or come up with stories. So, now I will drive from the Free State to them to rather take it there myself so that they cannot BS me. This is really unacceptable customer care.
