Cash converters low quality customer service

My experience at the counter where they buy in your unwanted goods was of service of low customer involvement. Sat in the que for 20 min whilst 1 employee was there while there were 3 Service Desks. Employees doesn’t greet, walks in and out without informing the customers of anything.
