CASH CONVERTERS KUILSRIVER - HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Horrible service!!!!

Bought a KARCHER pressure washer at Cash Converters KUILSRIVER with a 6month repair warranty for a carwash. 1st day machine didn't switch on so I took it back... Had to wait long for it to be replaced, way longer than the waiting period they gave me. Finally got the machine back and it had a slight leak. I used it since I didn't want to go through that horrible waiting process again. Not long after the machine started leaking worse so I had to take it back... They took 2months to repair the issue... This after I had gotten a quote from a Karcher professional for R600 repair and 1hour waiting period. They opted for their own technician to repair the machine.. After 2MONTHS!!! I received the machine back STILL BROKEN!!!!!!!! I then went to the karcher myself and repaired the machine for R600, waited 1 hour, and its working like a dream!

SO MUCH FOR THE 6MONTH WARRANTY... They didn't reply to my messages and gave me all kinds of **** excuses when I finally got hold of them. I believe they delayed the entire process so that warranty would expire. Thanks for horrible service!
