Cash converters knowingly sell broken items to customer

<p>I bought a ps2 steering wheel from cash converter s this week Friday, my son was so exited but when we took it home , it didn't work. Went back on sunday, store was closed,Took it back to the store on Monday. The salesman asked me what was wrong, I told him that the light comes on but no functions work, he told the cashier something in Zulu took the box from me without checking it and to my surprise put it back on the shelf for resale, my money was returned ,no sorry to apology. So I was the fool who bought this item, just like the fool before me and the fool after me who is going to buy it , then bring it back. Does cash converters follow the consumer laws and understand that it cost money to keep coming back to return, My question is when i asked the salesman to test it for me that friday ,he said no, its working , but when cash converters buy our stuff they insist, on testing it first. Does not make sense. Will never buy from cash conversion again,</p>
