The service I received from Cash Converters Hillfox is putrid. I have tried getting a quote from one of the buyers from 11am and his been out smoking. eventually after trying for an hour or more. I got a ridicules quote for something that I bought for R2200 and is still currently being sold for that amount I was offered R300-R500. Pat the buyer said a response takes 24-48 hours but his online. I suggest cash converters hires someone you are more customer focused and understands customers come first and employee's behavior is a bad reputation for the company. I was referred by your other stores, they don't take strollers. Pat wanted to know how much we bought it for, and I sent screen shots to get offered that ridiculous amount. I asked him how much he was going to sell it for he sent a message saying, thank you for your enquiry have a blessed day! MY WORD THE SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!! I asked thrice if I can come into the store still no response. I bought many items there what a slap in the face.
