Cash Converters Hillcrest Sucks

Hello I would like to expose Cash Converters that's in Hillcrest . I recently bought Samsung Galaxy Tab from only to find out that it had a faulty battery so I took it they gave me a run around for almost a month . Eventually they sorted it out but I picked up another problem that this tablet was completely out dated it doesn't supported almost all app and I can't go onto some sites it just knocks me out . I decided to go back but the manager said that he can't do anything about the software so he can't refuse me like this is bull**** , what am I gonna do with a useless tab because I can't do anything on it . I'll advise people not to buy from Cash Converters Hillcrest .
