Cash converters Hill fox, worse Employees ever

Please do not support Cash Converters in Hillfox. I went there as I have recently moved to Constantia Kloof and did not have place for all the furniture I had at my previous place of residence. I went to Cash Converters to ask if they would be interested in Buying some of the furniture and they advised that I send them a whatsapp with the pictures and details which I did. The person who I was dealing with "Nathan", advised that he will get back to me with a price by the afternoon. I waited 2 days and when following up, he advised that they do not check their phone all the time hence the reason for the slow response. Why do Cash Converters provide a service to clients such as whatsapp for deals when they cannot even respond or provide service on the offering that they provide. I have decided that I will place my furniture in storage rather then deal with a bunch of Pathetic individuals who cannot even have decent customer Service. He advised that I can go ahead and complain and still he wants try to shift the blame on me as a Customer. My 1st Attempt at doing business with them and never again. I would not advise anyone to do business with people who have no customer service skills at all.
