Cash converters Herm**** bad service

Had a terrible experience at Cash converters Herm****. I am all the way from Cape Town and decided to pop in to have a browse. I found a item(stahlwille speed brace) on the tools shelf priced at R70. As I wanted to pay for it the sales person said their is a issue, he then went to the back of the store and came back a few minutes later to say they can't sell it as the previous owner bought it back the day before. I then got approached by the owner/manager, he proceeded to grab the item out of my hand and said as he walked away "its not for sale!" No apologies were offered... I purchase a large amount of items from different cash converters stores almost on a daily basis and this is the first time I have received such horrible service and insult.
