Cash Converters have no heart

I have been in the unfortunate position where I have needed to utilise cash converters in order to try and make ends meet. Roughly two months ago, I asked my mom, Diana Peach ( *** ) to pawn my Xbox one on my behalf so we could survive. It has been at cash converters north gate for two consecutive months. We paid the interest last month so I would eventually be able to get it back. Now, I find myself in a situation where money I was expecting has been delayed so I am unable to pay further interest on order to keep my Xbox one. Today is my last chance to either get it back or pay the interest and I have no money to do so. Had I intended to leave it for Cash Converters to sell, I would never have paid interest on it last month. We asked for a grace period and we were met with a callous heartless no. Furthermore, I have pawned my PlayStation there before and they broke two HDMI cables. The Xbox was pawned under Diana Peach and the agreement number is 66873. It is barely 3 months old. Cash Converters are callous predators. Agreement or not. Not to mention the terrible atmosphere at their stores. I urge my fellow countrymen to boycott this establishment. We are human.
