Cash Converters Greenstone are selfish

Cash Converters Greenstone doesn't cease to disappoint and breach agreements. Last time they s****ped the extension policy immediately without notifying the customers accordingly, AND they put my laptop on sale (okay), but they also sold/threw my laptop bag which came with the laptop(it wasn't part of the contract). Now they say they don't know where the laptop bag is (sold or misplaced).

Worse part is that the store manager (who refused to avail her name) attended the issue with bad behavior, unapproachable, unprofessional, arrogant, rude and resentful. I have been a regular customer for this store for the past 2 years and this day I end the relation due to ************* of the company as a whole.

I am also taking back the Connex laptop for refund, which I bought from them 2 days back, due to the fact that it's faulty (don't switch on).
