Cash Converters Festival Mall runs a cartel of rigged prices.
@CashConverterSA I have been your customer for over 10 years...I just discovered from my last 5 transactions that your outlet at Festival Mall has been ripping me off on Loan contact extensions... How much is the fee for renewing a R2500 loan contract?
I have contract that I need to renew on Monday the 9th of February 2022.

07 Feb 2022, 15:44The lady from the store called and promised to email the NCR Act that stipulates the justification of the ongoing "Initiation Fee" Your customer care; Ref: IS-149073 marked the matter as resolved... Why have you resolved this problem, I only agreed to make payment because I had to rush to the office....the lady refused to wave the initiation fee and they also disputed to give out a proof of payment that I made today....
Kindly escalate this matter.
