Cash Converters Elgin Mall. False trading hours.
Cash Converters Elgin Mall clearly states on their trading hours that they open at 9am. This is probably the 4th or 5th time that I get here and they only open at 9:15.
The staff is extremely rude and have no cate in the world for their customers.
