Cash Converters Elgin Mall

I bought a game at Cash Converters Elgin mall but it is faulty.... I took it back and they told me it can only be returned in 24H time only...and they told me it stands on the back of the slip But on the back of the slips says "Faulty goods returned within 6 months or purchase , can be: REPAIRED at Cash Converters cost or , REPLACED with an item of similar value , or REFUNDED at the purchase price."

So I don't understand what the problem is.... But if that is how it is then it is how it will be.
