Cash converters doesn't want to fix my car

I'm writing this with a heavy heart,in November one of cash converters driver bumped into my vehicle on the r101 road,my husband was the one who was driving,he bumped him at the back, statements were taken and we went to cash converters Karen Park because that's were the driver works, unfortunately the manager doesn't want to fix the car. The driver was willing to fix it hence he sent us to were he works. Now it's November,the car is not fixed and we are sitting with a damaged car and th boot of the car is not working.
