Cash converters delevery.

I orderd a Samsung gear vr headset from Cash converters website and it was in lemon tree.They gave me the tracking number and it didnt work.A few days go by and they didnt deliver.I call them to find out what is going on as i am confused about the whereabouts of my headset,they ask wich product and they ask for my name.They say that they wil call me back and they dont.I wait two more days before calling and when i did they said''I will transfer you to the front desk."And then they ended the call .this happened 8 times(some of wich they just simply didnt awnser).Now my moeney is out of my account and i have no headset.I was ****med by a trusted source.I have no moeney left as i saved all my moeney for the headset,and they ****med me.A 13 YEAR OLD BOY.Plz do not buy anything from them on the website.FYI:I do know how to order things.I have done it multiple times on takelot.
