Cash converters Claremont

Hi I would just like to say I don’t know who appointed the manager at the Claremont branch. Firstly regarding pay day loans I use to come for assistance all the time and been assisted with amazing staff however today I received the most disgusting service from the so called manager regarding my query as a customer. I got told to keep my mouth shut because I was just asking questions regarding to the process. Different branches has different owners I believe however the rules are all the same and she had the audacity to tell me the way things happens with every other branch is the wrong way and she knows more than them. Having to tell me that I don’t know what I am talking about after being a customer of cash converters for more than 10 years and always supporting them in every way and probably been a customer longer than her tenure made me feel that I will not associate myself with these people again . For the excellent service all the years to someone who was appointed to management and to give me service like this is pathetic and no people etiquette and then to say I will be rude to u if I want to is terrible service. Her name is Praise and only been manageress for 7 months and not even apart of the sunny day loan team and merely helping out with no knowledge of what to do as to she belongs in the retail store not in the loan department..... hope you guys hear me out but some serious help regarding teaching her customer service skills is needed ASAP
