Cash Converters Centurion Mall and Mall@Reds

So decided to get an advance loan on my salary so I can get a present for my son whom its their birthday. With all the adverti*****t from Cash Converters on the advance loan per salary i thought it would be a quick in and out. Gathered all documents needed and was assisted nicely by the front ladies at both Cash Converters Centurion Mall and Mall @Reds. After verifying my documents I was informed that they dont deal with discovery bank and hence they cant assist me. Now are we moving backwards with all the transformations in the banking industry, surely debit order can be made if you use more than 1 bank of which i do. But you want to deduct where you see the salary even though in my other bank account you see money coming in. If this is the modus operandi then stop falsely advertising to clients and highlight on all your social media what banks you work with so you save us the trip of been rejected.
