I got to cash converters this morning around 10am and they had an Xbox 360 for sale,one was r499 and the other was r599,the advert says it comes with a controller,I offered to buy it and only then the sales consultant told me it has no controller,I went back to work and my child was crying so hard after seeing the pictures,I went back,and when I got there,they still advertising that it has a controller,I paid for Xbox and it was confirmed that it will have a controller,only after I paid and waiting for the controller,a white manager came and said I won't get the controller and they will refund me,I have pictures of the advertising and the till slip and after wasting an hour of my time which I still have to account for at work,they refused to give me the controller and refunded me,2 hours or my work time wasted on *********** staff that always mAke mistakes,if you are wiser,buy new from a store and avoid stores like cash converters because you opening yourself to trouble.
