CASH CONVERTERS

Hi there I'm a customer with Cash Converters Southgate. I would like to ask why I AM being charged over and above the interest of the the borrowed money. I was never told and only to find out when i called to ask when they will be opening the collections. I was told that my stuff will be sold. I was told that i was sent a message to collect, A message i never received. They had a digit wrong on my cell number. I had to pay this extra on Saturday to take out my stuff or risk losing it. For the sake of not losing it, i paid the amount.. Unfair and i request the "ontop interest" i paid to be refunded back to me. I will take this up legally and i have a good leg to stand on. I might even claim for emotional distress should this not be resolved.
