Cash Converters Brackenfell ripp off

For the past 6 years I've be pawning my stuff at cash converters brackenfell cape town with great service yet toa 2 sept 2020 i came to pick up stuff again and was told to pay an extra 30% interest because their system changed and a customer needs to phone and make arrangement for the extra 10 days they normally gave on the agreement to collect items but no sign is up in the buy shop to make customers aware about it. I am very disappointed in the operation of this store and the way i was treated by the manager (Ryan) that just told me he will keep my item back until i pay the said amount.
