Cash Converters Blackheath

I had a terrible experience at Cash Converters Blackheath yesterday afternoon. I wanted to have a laptop belonging to my brother evaluated. That seemed to be the first issue and the gentleman who was supposed to assist me immediately wanted to know if we had been there before. He then turned the laptop around and noticed one of the *****s slightly protruding. I was told the *****s are not all the same, which is absolutely not true!! He turned to his colleague asking ‘what is this?’ How utterly unprofessional! I was promptly told that I could not be given a quote. Dear Cash Converters you will do well to remember that not every potential customer walking through your door is dishonest!! How disappointing.
