*Formal Complaint: Cash Converters Auctions*

Dear [Cash Converters Management],

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience participating in auctions on your platform. Despite winning 8 items, I was informed that the reserve price was not met for any of them, rendering my wins invalid.

*Details of the Issue:*

- I participated in auctions for 8 items and emerged as the highest bidder for all of them. - Throughout the auction process, the platform indicated that the reserve price had not been met. - I attempted to contact two Cash Converters stores via phone, WhatsApp, and landline to inquire about the reserve price, but my calls went unanswered. - I visited the Three Rivers Vereeniging branch and was advised to continue bidding until I met the reserve price, which seemed impractical and confusing. - Despite bidding on the items, with a total value of R25k . I received an email stating that none of the items had met the reserve price and therefore were not sold.

I would appreciate it if you could provide clarity on the auction process, reserve prices, and the reasons behind the outcome of my bids. I would also like to request a review of my experience and any possible resolution or allow me to purchase the items at the said price
