Cash Converters are Appalling.

In Mid-December 2023 I purchased an Xbox One from Cash Converters Richards Bay. When I investigated the fault further, I established the malfunction stemmed from the branch failing to clear the cache before couriering the Xbox to me. I contacted them immediately only to be told they did not sell the unit to me although their details are on my receipt! Their branch manager eventually told me he would see what needs to be done and get back to me. TWO WEEKS LATER AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I have tried to contact them to no avail. The unit cost R 4000 and is on a 6 month warranty. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Do not purchase any electronics online from the Cash Converters branches.
