Cash Converters Arbor Crossing Amanzimtoti My phone was pawned by another person wich i did not give permission to. As i called Cash Converters and told them what do i have to do to get my phone back cause im not in toti anymore and want my phone back. My friend went and spoke to the manager and explained the situation. He then went and put a Block on the persons name who pawned it and that he was not allowed to retreive the phone with me or my friend being present. Yesterday i phoned and asked for the manager and they directed my call to soneone thats not the manager. I held the line for almost 10min and until now thr manager hasnt call me back till i phoned him today. Now suddenly out of the blue he starts screaming over the phone and telling me what i said but he diesnt even know what i said and what he said i said is NOT what i said. Why in the world would i give permission to let the phone be retreived by the same person who pawned my phone without my concent. What i said is that the person is there to retreive the phone but please dobt let go of the phone. Devon the guy i spoke to said he will let the manager phone me back and he is still not phoning back. Instead the gave my phone and now i will never see my phone again. IPHONE 7 i bought by a cellphone shop in toti. B Why does he block the client by retreiving it and when the clients get there they gave it with a smile.... He is very rood, dies not give me a chance to talk and think he can talk to me me they way he did. I am going to take this further.
