Cash converters

Hi I purchased a 5.1 surround sound amplifier from cash converters in cape Town, montague gardens branch. When I got home I connected the Amp to find that the back surround sound outputs do not work so I took it back and they refused to refund me, as they say they don't garentee out puts on amps. It is strange as my purchase slip say 6 months garentee. Anyway I then ask for a nother Amp that would have to pay 1000 rand more for and when it was tested it had the same exact problem so now they are sending it for repairs to God alone knows. So all I say is be careful to buy things like amps at cash converters. I paid 2999 for the Amp that I know will come back worst than it was also the remote is faulty as only a few buttons work. Be careful if you buy from them. I'll let you know when I get it back if it works or not. Cheers.
