CASH CONVERT YOUR MONEY INTO MISERY

I purchased a handset and some blue tooth head phones from Cash converters online shop in Walmer park 29 June 2022. I called the store to check if everything was in order with my purchase to find out that both items were sold. The gentleman told me someone from head office will contact me to arrange a refund. or i can take a phone worth twice the value of money that was not in budget. It's now 12h03 30 June 2022 and no one has called me. So I took it upon myself to find out what's happening. I ring them and Adriaan P answers this 'oke' tunes me he is busy with an exam of some sort and will do my refund after he is done with that which may take 2-3 hours. My advice don't buy anything online from Cash converters as you may have to deal with *********** staff that have not empathy or sense of urgency. Someone hasn't done their job to update the website that could've avoided an inconvenient wait of 3-5 working days. The phone was a gift. and now one is left with egg on the face Tx Cashies Tx a whole lot.
