Carnival mall cash converters, pathetic and unprofessional

Went to buy items at cash converters at Carnival mall the service was pathetic, they couldn't assist with pricing queries and on top of that the staff was laughing at us and ignoring us... Who ever appointed these people need to do some serious retrospect cause this type of service will surely cause the business to loose alot of money

I will not recommend anyone doing business with such unprofessional people
