Canon Camera

In the last week's, that's 10 working days I visited cash converters 4 days trying to find out whether or not they have the camera accessories, the charger etc...which they can't find. Every time I go I get referred to the supervisor who would look for it I am welcome to next day they'll definitely have it then. Today was the final straw I told the consultant who can't even help himself to help where they've looked who they asked and what they said....20 mins later he came to saying I'll refer the matter to my supervisor but I can come 1 o clock tommorow. What an pathetic excuse of service.
