Broken TV
Good day,
Can you please give us feedback on our complaint about our TV that we got back broken from your store. Somebody did call us once, but nothing has been done ever since. We really need this matter solved. It is really bad taste of how rude the person at Cash Converters were towards us. We will never pawn something at your store again. Lesson learned! But we really need you to do something about this matter.
