Bouth a Samsung A32 5G phone wifi not working

I bought a Samsung A32 5G phone at Cash Converters mall@carnival for the Cash price of R2499 and a cell phone charger at R29. In the shop the sales lady confirmed phone was receiving calls, perfectly. I asked her for the original cellphone charger that the phone came eith she said it did not come eith one and I needed to buy a charger which I did. Okay at home I left the phone on charge for a day and then the next decided to utilize the phone upon doing so I noticed the phone is not picking up my home wifi so I done a reset to factory settings in the phone. Still wifi was not picking up. On the 3rd day I went back to the store stating to the manager Chris whats going on and that I wanted another phone or refund since the phone I bought is not picking up the wifi. He said he cannot help me I must take it a Pakistani to fix. I was very upset as I just spent R2499 for a phone and R30 for a charge that the phone is not working. Being that I needed a phone I took it iSmart cellular. They are a recognized cellphone repair outlet.Upon opening the phone the technician shows me that 16 *****s in the phone are not present. And that he will try a d fix the phone. I told where and how I got they phone he said that it was not fair what Cash Convertershave done to me according to the Customer compliance code. Please assist me on what to do as I have a disability and the monies to buy the phone was saved through the months. It's a disgrace that Cash Converters not willing to take the phone back which I figure they knew has various problems. I have the slip of purchase available dated 3rd June 2024.
