If I could leave 10 Stars I would. I placed an order online and received the item two days after ordering. Through no fault of Cash Converters, I had to return the item as it did not work in my particular environment. I was then contacted by head office the same day to arrange the return. I was asked to let them know when the item was packed and ready for shipping so that they could give me the waybill. Within 4 minutes of my letting them know, I received the waybill and in less than an hour and a half the courier was at my door to collect it. Three days later they received my returned item and I was refunded.
