Badmouthing other people in-store... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

About a full week ago I was hunting around some sechond-hand stores for a drill that went missing from my company's inventory. Eventually I went to Cash Converters Richards Bay and waited in the queue in the Buyshop to make my inquiry. The female customer at the counter spoke to Ernest(I think that's his name) about a watch, and the customer eventually said "Dante het my te min ge offer (Dante offered me too little) to which he loudly and proudly rep**** "Daai laatie het nog baie om te leer" (that little boy has a lot to learn). So it evidently occurs to me that staff members and companies are nowadays allowed to speak ill of other people in a large audience without giving it second thought. I will keep this in mind and I will not come close to a Cash Converters ever again. Unprofessional, uncouth, incoherent.
