Bad Servise

One of my staff was in the store, he looked and item in the store. he told ifraam the is interested in the Gas braai. He will be back. My staff member went back, he spoke to Paul the Manager, Jennifer and told them he just wait for a payment, he will be back in an hour. I went back to pay for the item my staff member are interested in. Suddenly we are informed that the item is sold. This is not the first time this happens in this store. I complain about the bad service and Paul chase me out of the store like a dog. This is also not the first time he tread customer bad. I Spoke to Peter the store owner and inform him about the bad service of his staff and he also came up with stories and tread me bad.I am a Customer for more 10y at the Cash Converters in Queenswood. Cash Converters will not see me or my money again, the Queenswood store do not need customer money any more the made enough that is why they ill tread their customer. To complain to the head office is another store, the switchboard transfer you but only voice mail. you phone back and again voice mail, phone a third time and complain, the person take a massage but no one phones back. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM CASH CONVERTERS
