BAD SERVICES!

I Bought a Macbook from Cash Convertors South Gate Prior to the Lockdown, the laptop keeps on shutting down every 5 minutes the moment i got home and tested clearly i was sold something that doesnt work and makes alot of fan noice i have reported this to them the same day i bought it to Bafala one the sales guys who sold me the Macbook they have at this point been of no help i have spoken to their managers very pointless excise as they completely *********, i have stressed how i am running a business and cannot afford not to have a working laptop, they have asked me to take a laptop to their green stone store i was promised it would be repaired on the spot when i get there they say its a week, still today i am sitting with a laptop that keeps shutting down when i work my business has been suffering ever since ......... honestly i have had the most horrible service from this store they have wasted my money and my time my business is suffering because of lake of understanding customer service completely thoughtless staff and manager i dont know how this business is still running if they dont understand basics of customer service i wouldnt recommend anyone buying anything from them their service is completely nonsense for a Cash Convertor DONT BUY FROM THEM!
