Bad service from management

Bad service from management @ Cash Converters Blairgowrie, my items were sold I guess even after I communicated with the store about the incident/ ***** that happened to my bank account, my acc was left with R0.00 I even sent a proof from the bank about the ***** case number, this happened even before the expiry of my items as the expiry date was the 19th Oct. Hence I requested the store not to pull my items until my matter has been resolved. According to the investigation team @ the bank I was told that the case might take 7-21 days to be resolved, even today I’m still waiting as this incident happened on the 9th October. But then since I saw that this case is taking long, I then sent communication to the store & requested them that I rather lay-by my items & that I will process the payment on the 24th & requested that they send me the amount to pay, they then responded on my watsupp that I must supply them with my email address of which I did. Waited Friday, no email was sent. Saturday I then phoned the store & spoke to the manager who then told me that the person by the name Luvuyo told them to take my items for sale as I didn’t pay on Friday, I then indicated that how was I suppose to pay when I was still waiting for the them to indicate how much should I transfer?, she then told me that they will put my items back until Monday so I can sort it out & she also indicated that she will call Luvuyo & call me back of which they never called. Today Tuesday I sent the store WhatsApp asking for the amount to pay, unfortunately the response I got from whoever was responding to the WhatsApp was so unprofessional & not indicating if my items were sold or what? All I was told was that they tried to call me on Saturday without any luck, I then shared the screenshots of my Saturday calls to show them that I never received any call & I asked why they didn’t contact me via watsupp as they usual do when they remind me to pay for interest, unfortunately they couldn’t answer that as I think it was their intentions to sell my items yet I was always paying for my items interest every month without fail & also bought a washing machine from them without any hassle but when I thought as their customer they understood my request but infact they didn’t. Is this how cash converters run their businesses? I’ve been to few cash converters @Centurion, mall@Reds & Silverton, the service is good & exceptional and they do respect & value their customers, but as for Cash Converters @Blairgowrie Plaza they need to learn more on how to treat their customers and value them because without customers the store will suffer unfortunately.
