Bad service from cash converters

I bought a laptop from the cash converters at the mayville mall the first laptop they showed me the battery was not working they told me it is okay i then took the laptop back the next day and showed them as soon as you pull the charger out the laptop dies they then gave me another laptop and they said the battery was okay after charging the battery at home for the whole day as soon as you use the laptop for 10 minutes it switches off i then plugged it in and charged again it kept on doing the same on the Monday the 9th May i took it back and told them it is not working they then tested it and found it was faulty i then told them i want my money back as none of their laptops are working correct they then called the manager or who ever he was he then told me they will pay the money back in my account it will take 7 days before i get my money as they do not hold cash or have that much cash on site because of ******ies he said how can it be that all of a sudden the batteries are not working as they have tested the batteries which is a bull**** story if they would have tested it they would have seen that the batteries were faulty he had a ****y attitude and thought i was bul****ting him why would i do it if the laptop would have worked their would be no reason for taking it back i would not do business there again where the customer is treated like **** please people stay away from that cash converters
