Bad service at Cash converters silverton

I went to cash converters (silverton) today and when i got there i was assisted by a guy named Clive in the buying part of the sort, he gave the world of attitude and was just plain being rude and unhelpful, and to be honest very arrogant, i had then requested to deal with someone else and the so called manager (Patricia) came to assist and she asked what the issue was and we expalined it to her, her reply to me was "we need to understand he is human". Now my biggest issue with that statement is i work for one of SA's biggest companies and I work with clients on a daily basis, you can not make your personal issues effect work, indirectly what she is saying as a client we need to accept bad treatment because they are human, they chose to work with clients, that means being respectful at all times especially because we were being very nice towards him, I am going to take this matter to facebook and I will take it further until they take further action against both individuals for this bad service and honestly just plain bad management. If your employees cannot handle clients they shouldn't be in that position and i need someone to explain to me how Patricia became a manager if thats how she reasons, until this is delt with i will not stop reporting this everywhere
