BAD SERVICE AND RUDE MANAGER

I bought what was supposed to be a new lounge suite and made to customer order, however I paid for them in cash and a delivery fee, when they were delivered I was told that this was the unit on the floor and not a new one, upon contacting the manager he was rude and told me I would be replaced within the week, however I called today and was told by the same manager there were 4 orders before mine and I would have to wait another week, he is rude and obnoxious, I am reporting him personally and the store in all media and headoffice.
