Bad service and ******

The staff at cash converters carnival mall are very unprofessional and are ****** the one person takes the same cellphone the one day and the next time you come in to hand in the same phone then that person has a problem with you and the phone , the service they give is really pathetic and the staff is very rude , they should all be send for customer service and consumers training so that they can learn how to handle client and not loose clients stuff as well
