Bad service

Cash Converters Balfour Mall I hate your store, Terrible service from this store. Bought an item online, I called the WhatsApp number and spoke to Karabo because he deals with the online orders. I told him to please use lots of bubble and put item in a box which he agreed on. When I received the speaker it was wrapped in thin bubble wrap and put in a courier plastic bag. The sides of the speaker got damaged. I asked him to have the manager call me because there telephone lines don't work. Still have not received a call. I asked Karabo for his manager's name and he refuses to give to me. I have all the pictures the way I received the speaker, will post it very soon. Very bad service. I am still waiting for Karabo and the manager of the store to call me but they don’t want to.
