Bad service

Be careful at the Bellville branch if you give items in on buy back. I have given a item in twice. Same item, same condition, but now the third time they won't take it in because of a small issue. The previous times it did not bother them because they didn't do there job properly or they are now just full of nonsense. The sales mans talks a secret language and then tell me that their owner is full of nonsense and strict. Almost trying to say I don't know him, but I do know the owner. It is frustrating to be treated like this if you are a regular customer and the items condition did not change at all. Bad bad service
