Bad management

Good morning. Happy Mother's day. Sorry to say this, but I will never go or buy or spoil Cash converters Stoneridge again. I have informed my staff also not to go there. Bongani, has an attitude problem. Went there this morning and at 09: 10 , the doors was still closed. Telling him , that the machine doesn't work, it is a simple yes and carries on having meeting. I went back , because the machine doesn't function and they tried to look on computer. I eventually cut the pipes and broke the handle. I don't even want my money back. I want an apology from him, have already send email, to your head office , to log a complaint against him. If he doesn't know how to interact, with clients, then he surely needs to go for a course.
