Bad Customer Service - Cash Crusaders turned me away

Chas Converters - Akasia does not seem to want to be able to buy my goods. (I have a couch) I have been trying to sell for ages and previously i was they only do house calls during the week. And at those times there is no one at home but i eventually got someone to stay at home on a Thursday and i also took leave for Friday only to be told they cant sell because Head Office told them to stop doing house calls. The truck is just parked waiting for further instructions from HO. Now when they feel like coming to the house there wont be anyone anymore. The customer service is very poor and people there are not generally looking for business or being nice to the customer. If you don't want to buy - you must just tell me.
