Bad customer service cash convertors

I bought an expandable hose in Balfour Park Johannesburg the product is leaking. I went to the store to return it for a full refund I still have the slip and the product package intact I was told I need to get another product. I didn't want another product as I do no trust the brand. I left the store with faulty product as I did not get my money back.
