Bad Customer Service

I had a truly unpleasant experience at this particular Cash Converters, and I am appalled by the behavior of the representative with the chiskop (I regret not catching his name). His conduct was completely unprofessional. He first had the audacity to lecture me about buying a laptop that takes CDs, as though it was any of his concern. Then, he proceeded to ignore me by assisting other customers while still trying to help me, which I found incredibly rude. As if that wasn’t enough, he questioned my personal life by asking where I live and why I would "downgrade" my area, which was none of his business. To top it all off, he had the nerve to ask me where I’m originally from, despite it being clearly visible on my ID. This was unnecessary and inappropriate. The other staff members the lady and the man were respectful and polite, but this particular representative's behavior was unacceptable.
